Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems

Comprehensive water treatment and purification solutions engineered for clean water, efficient processing, sustainable operations, and reliable performance across residential and industrial applications.

Domestic Reverse Osmosis (RO) System

We engineer, supply, and commission domestic reverse osmosis (RO) water purification systems for reliable household drinking-water treatment, incorporating multi-stage filtration and purification to reduce impurities and improve water quality.

Pre-Treatment / Sediment Filtration – Removes suspended particles, dirt, sand and other visible impurities from the incoming water.

Activated Carbon Filtration – Helps reduce chlorine, organic impurities, unpleasant taste and odor from the water.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) System – RO technology uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove dissolved salts, minerals and other contaminants from the water.

Fine / Post Filtration – Additional filtration stages can be used to further improve the quality, taste and clarity of purified water.

UV / Additional Purification – Depending on the system configuration, additional purification technologies may be incorporated for enhanced water treatment.

Water Storage – Purified water is stored in a suitable hygienic storage tank for convenient household use.

Automatic Operation – The domestic RO system can be designed for convenient and automatic operation with appropriate controls and components.

Compact Domestic Design – The system is suitable for installation in residential environments and can be configured according to available space and water requirements.

Complete RO Solution – The solution can include the RO purification unit, filtration components, storage system and associated equipment depending on the project or customer requirement.

Bottle-Shaped FRP Cooling Tower

We engineer, supply, and commission bottle-shaped Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) cooling towers for efficient industrial heat rejection and cooling-water circulation, designed with durable FRP materials and induced-draft cooling systems for reliable operation.

FRP Cooling Tower Body – The tower is constructed using Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP), providing a lightweight and corrosion-resistant structure.

Bottle-Shaped Design – The bottle-shaped tower configuration is designed to support efficient airflow and cooling performance while providing a compact structural arrangement.

Cooling Water Distribution – Hot circulating water is distributed over the cooling fill to increase contact between water and air.

Cooling Fill / Packing – Fill material increases the water-to-air contact area, improving heat transfer and evaporation.

Air Inlet & Air Flow System – Ambient air enters the tower and passes through the water flow to facilitate heat removal.

Induced Draft Fan – A fan system draws air through the tower to maintain continuous airflow and support efficient cooling.

Drift Eliminator – Helps reduce the carryover of water droplets with the outgoing air.

Cold Water Collection – Cooled water is collected in the basin and returned to the industrial/process cooling circuit.

Corrosion-Resistant Construction – FRP construction is suitable for environments where resistance to moisture and corrosion is important.

Complete Cooling Tower Solution – The system can include the FRP tower, fan, motor, fill, water distribution system, drift eliminator, basin and associated components according to project requirements.

Water Softeners & Demineralization (DM) Plants

We engineer, supply, and commission industrial water softeners and Demineralization (DM) plants for effective hardness and dissolved-mineral reduction, providing reliable treated water for industrial and process applications through ion-exchange, regeneration, and multi-stage demineralization systems.

Raw Water Inlet – Raw water enters the treatment system for removal of hardness and dissolved minerals.

Water Softener – Ion-exchange resin reduces hardness-causing calcium and magnesium ions to produce softened water.

Cation Exchange Unit – Removes positively charged ions such as calcium, magnesium and other cations from the water.

Degasser / Intermediate Treatment – Where applicable, removes dissolved gases such as carbon dioxide between treatment stages.

Anion Exchange Unit – Removes negatively charged ions and further reduces dissolved mineral content.

Mixed Bed Unit – Combines cation and anion exchange media for high-purity demineralized water where required.

Pressure Vessels – Treatment resins are housed in suitable vessels designed for continuous industrial water treatment.

Automatic / Multiport Valves – Control service, backwash, regeneration and rinsing cycles according to the system configuration.

Brine / Regeneration System – Regeneration chemicals are used to restore the ion-exchange capacity of the treatment media.

Backwash & Rinsing – Cleans and prepares the resin beds during regeneration and maintains effective system operation.

Soft Water / DM Water Outlet – Treated water is supplied to the connected industrial or process system according to the required water quality.

Water Storage & Handling – Treated or demineralized water can be collected and stored for further industrial use.

Complete Water Treatment Solution – The system can include softeners, DM units, pressure vessels, resins, valves, regeneration systems, piping, storage and associated components according to project requirements.

Mineral Water Plant & Packaging Unit

We engineer, supply, and commission mineral and packaged drinking-water plants covering integrated water treatment, purification, storage, filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging systems. Our solutions are available in different configurations to meet customer requirements, providing complete plant setups for efficient drinking-water processing and distribution.

Water Treatment & Purification – Raw water is treated to remove impurities and make it suitable for drinking.

Filtration System – Different filtration stages are used to remove suspended particles and other contaminants.

RO / Purification System – Reverse Osmosis and related treatment processes can be used to further purify the water.

Storage & Handling – Treated water is stored in hygienic tanks before packaging.

Bottle/Jar Filling – Automated or semi-automated equipment fills purified water into bottles, jars or other containers.

Sealing & Packaging – Containers are sealed and prepared for safe transportation.

Labeling & Packing – Finished products can be labeled and packed for commercial distribution.

Complete Plant Setup – The solution can cover equipment supply, installation and commissioning depending on the project requirement.
